In that time, she choreographed numbers that won awards for choreography at National conventions in the United States! Though dance is truly a part of everything in Miss Shannon’s life, her greatest accomplishment is her two amazing children; she is thrilled to have them be part of her passion. Miss Shannon believes that everyone can dance, and she sincerely hopes that you will join us to experience what dance is truly about.

Dance has taken Miss Kelsey all around the world to perform and compete, from Toronto, Ontario, to Orlando, Florida, and even all the way across the pond to Germany. A few of the numerous performances she has been a part of throughout her life include the Manitoba Dance Festival, the Canadian National Dance Championship, the LA Dance Magic, and the 2011 Dance World Cup. Miss Kelsey’s greatest accomplishment with dance was in 2007/2008, where she was a part of Team Canada’s Tap Team, competed in the IDO World Tap Dance Championship in Germany, and came home with 3rd overall! More recently, in November of 2015, Miss Kelsey joined Exhale Dance Studio at Disney World in Florida, where she not only choreographed a few routines for her fellow competitive students, but also performed herself. Miss Kelsey loves being a part of the Exhale Dance Studio team, as she enjoys choreographing new routines, teaching others, and sharing her passion with everyone else who shares it with her. Miss Kelsey cannot wait to see what her 3rd year teaching at Exhale will bring!

Miss Hannah Sagaral
Miss Hannah started dancing as a child but only became serious about dance in high school. In high school, she had the opportunity to join the Sisler’s Visual Performing Arts program, and later on train with Sisler’s Most Wanted (SMW) Dance Troupe. Being a part of SMW gave Miss Hannah opportunities to dance at the Manitoba Dance Festival, the In The Zone 6&7 Hip-hop competition, and even to get a scholarship at our very own Exhale Dance Studio for a summer intensive. She is very thankful and honoured to be a part of the Exhale faculty!
Miss Meghan Cottrell
Miss Meghan has had a love for dance her whole life. She began dancing at the age of 3 in many different styles like tap, jazz, ballet and musical theatre. She danced and competed for many years with other Exhale Faculty Members including Miss Shannon and Miss Becky. She has been with Exhale Dance Studio since its inaugural year and has held a role in many capacities such as teacher, volunteer, operations, support, and even “Dance Mom”. When she’s not in the studio teaching she is cheering on the many other Exhale Dancers including her daughter Ava.
Tap dancing being her first love, jazz is a very close second. Miss Meghan gets the most joy working with our younger tap and jazz dancers. Introducing and building on basic technique and fostering a love for dance are her main goals. She strives to help build kids to be the best version of themselves through hard work and positivity and lots of laughter.
Miss Meghan is thrilled and honored to be a part of each and every one of the student’s lives!
